Online Conference Registration has now closed.
 
You can now register on site, at the ‘New Delegate’ conference registration desk, located on
Level 3, Sands Expo 
and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands®, Singapore.

(This is where you will collect your original badge, 
delegate documentation and pay for your registration fees).

Conference registration commences at 0800hrs on Tuesday 25 April.

Group booking discount
Buy 3 or more conference passes and get 10% off all passes. Booking and payment must be made at the same time from the same company and address. Further discounts apply for bookings of 10 or more. Please contact Simone Carr, Registration Manager – [email protected] for further details.

Maritime Cluster Fund (MCF) Training Grant

You may be entitled to a saving of 50% off your conference fees you have paid to attend Sea Asia 2017. The MPA MCF Training Grant is available for eligible participants. Please refer to http://www.mpa.gov.sg/mcf for the details. You will be sent the application form at the point of registering. Subsidy to be refunded after the show, terms and conditions apply. See website for further information. Limited subsidy funding is available so sign-up quickly!

Good & Service Tax (GST)
Sea Asia 2017 conference rates are subject to 7% Goods & Service Tax for Singapore registered companies.

Registering with payment by credit card
Use our certified secure credit card booking line. Payment can be made by Paypal, American Express, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. Registering with payment by cheque or bank transfer If you are registering for the conference and paying by company cheque or bank transfer, please submit the online registration form and request an invoice to be issued which will be raised by email upon receipt of the submitted form.

Cancellation Policy
Conference fees will be refunded, less a 20% administration charge, after the event, if cancellations are received in writing by 10 March 2017. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. You may send a substitute but please let us know the name of that person.

Delegate Badges Confirmation will be sent to delegates upon receipt of registration. Before the event, a fast track pass will be sent to all pre-registered participants by email. Conference delegates are required to bring this to the pre-registered conference delegate desk at the event to collect the event badge. If you do not bring this pass you will need to provide your registration confirmation and business identification when collecting your badge.
