Parking Rates
Exhibitors can purchase the S$12.84 MICE self-parking coupon at the Event Services Concierge Counter upon presenting of show badges Monday – Friday ONLY. Coupons are valid from 7:00AM-11:59PM. Event Concierge Counter opens from 8:00AM to 6:00PM Monday to Friday; 8:00AM to 5:00PM weekends and public holidays
The S$12.84 coupon is a cashless ticket. To exit the car park using the coupon, the driver of the vehicle needs to:
- Remove cash card before reaching
- Scan the coupon
- Insert cash card into IU when prompted for S$12.84 payment
- S$12.84 will be deducted from the cash card
Opening Ceremony
All exhibitors are welcome to attend the Sea Asia 2025 Opening Ceremony.
Date: 25 March 2025
Time: 11:00AM
Location: Conference Hall, Back of Hall F
Onsite registration for visitors will begin at 9:00AM. The event will open at 10:00AM and all guests are requested to be seated by 10:45AM for the Opening Ceremony.
Welcome Reception
Join us at Sea Asia 2025 Welcome Reception on 25 March, from 5:30PM at the conference hall, back of Hall F. This exclusive networking event offers a prime opportunity to connect with industry leaders and key stakeholders in a relaxed setting.
Open to Sea Asia VIP, Buyer, Trade Delegate, Speaker, Media and Exhibitor badge holders.

LeadGrab by Informa is a lead retrieval solution designed to make lead collection at Sea Asia easy and efficient. Exhibitors are able to digitally capture lead information quickly by scanning the barcodes on visitor badges using their own mobile devices.
LeadGrab information counter will be available to assist you at the following hours:
- 24 March from 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- 25 – 26 March from 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- 27 March from 9:00AM to 3:00PM
